Waterstone Mortgage names three new Southeastern RVPs – NMPs

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has named David Holbrook, Dustin Owen and Michael Smalley as Regional Vice Presidents for the Southeast.

Under her leadership, our business in the Southeast has grown significantly as we continue to serve more homebuyers in this region of the country. ”

Holbrook, Owen and Smalley previously co-managed the Waterstone Mortgage Winter Park area for 10 years, including offices in Clearwater, Jupiter, Fort Myers, Fort Walton Beach, Lynn Haven, Niceville, Ocala, Port Orange, Tallahassee and Winter Park, Florida.

Owen joined Waterstone Mortgage in 2008. For the past six years, his team has earned the Waterstone Mortgage President’s Club award, making it one of the company’s top lenders.

Holbrook also joined the company in 2008 and his expertise and knowledge has been instrumental in the success of the southeast region.

Smalley is a nationally recognized expert in mortgage planning and business plan execution. He was recently a speaker at the LoanToolbox Business Plan Conference in Las Vegas and the Mortgage Revolution Conference in Atlanta. Smalley also holds monthly training workshops for real estate agents in the Orlando area. He has also received the Waterstone Mortgage President’s Club-Diamond Level award for five consecutive years.

In 2017, the trio led their region to an annual lending volume of $ 580 million, the highest amount for any Waterstone mortgage region. Two more offices are to be opened in Florida by the end of 2018.
