What is the BUZZ ETF?

Returns for the index have been excellent, with an average annual return of nearly 25% over the past five years. During the last year, The performance was fantastic too, with growth of over 70%.

Keep in mind, This is paper trading. The ETF only started trading this month.

The combination of AI and a portfolio of hot stocks is enough to get people excited about the ETF even outside of the bar stool universe.

But you should “Join the Swarm” when VanEck suggests, and add stocks of BUZZ to your portfolio?

Here’s how to play it …

Use the BUZZ ETF for the biggest gains

If you are bullish about stocks, then you should buy as much BUZZ as you can include in your portfolio.

This is better than leveraged long ETFs any day of the week. When the market moves higher, then this fund will show the way. It will own the hottest stocks that are generating buzz and purchasing power among retail and institutional investors alike.

It will be nearly impossible for BUZZ not to outperform the broader indices. This new ETF will own only the hottest stocks in the index, avoiding the fools and stocks that hurt performance.

Another advantage: BUZZ only works to to buy Companies with a market capitalization of $ 5 billion or more. This could help resolve some of the liquidity issues that could be crippling to holding ETFs thes liquid issues when we finally see a bear market.

Of course, if you are neutral or take risks on the outlook for the markets– –averse, then you might want to skip this ETF.

And meto you‘Re bearish on stocks, Then the BUZZ ETF is a great target for put options as soon as they become available.

The index results we saw only go back five years in what was largely a raging bull market. When markets go bad, the stocks that are loved by smaller investors could find themselves under pressure as institutions start depositing stocks to meet redemptions and provide a buffer against volatility.

There aren’t any options for BUZZ yet, but I suspect there will be some at some point. In that case, BUZZ could be an options trader’s dream ETF.

For all his silliness and rude behavior, Dave Portnoy may have long been instrumental in introducing one of the best ETFs for a trader’s toolbox.

In addition to just trading, BUZZ will be a fantastic tool for investors looking to beat the strongest stocks higher during a bull market.

If you see Dave Portnoy out and about, buy the man a slice of pizza.

BUZZ could be one of the most innovative and useful ETFs to be launched in a long time.
