As an entrepreneur who turned her start-up bank into one of the UK’s most promising financial technology companies, Anne Boden is a rarity. So rare, in fact, that the Starling Bank executive struggled to find people to guide them through their careers. “I’ve been matched with mentors in the past, but it has been difficult to find someone like me.”
